Windows 10: Error : 0x87E00017 after trying to reinstall MSFS on Microsoft Store

Hi,



I first downloaded and played MSFS a few hours “normally”.

It was installed on the D: disk.

Then two days ago, it stopped working. Everytime I launched the game, I had a black screen.



So I uninstalled the game, and tried to reinstall it on the D: disk, but same issue if I try on C: disk.

But now, I can’t download it from the Microsoft Store, because I got the error 0x87E00017.



I tired quite everything I found, and nothing worked… But if you have some ideas, I’ll try it !!

Can I reinstall Msfs 2020

Can I reinstall Msfs 2020 that I got from the play store? I installed it on my old computer but wasn't satisfied by my performance. I had a new computer built and my SSD installed into that one. When I tried to launch it, I get error code 0xB03F8001.

I had tried all except re registering MSoft Store , but that unfortunately did not work .

Very intermittently use SurfEasy VPN, but last time used pre dated this build & problem by some time.

Have built pc systems /rebuilt windows op system literally100's times over 25 years for myself and others, and troubleshooted most known problems but this looks like a reinstall.
Not listed in Microsoft web notice as ongoing issue involving current build.

Only had Store problem once before since it was introduced years ago, and that was easily resolved !
