Windows 10: Error 0x8A150006 in MS Store

I have Windows 10 and my Store is not working. The download is stuck and sometimes store itself will close immediately after click download in app. No matter what app I choose it will close immediately. I have my MS account sign in to PC and Store so it shouldnt be the issue.

Please follow the steps below and check if it helps resolving the issue

-Run the Microsoft store app troubleshooter

Press windows key + I

Click on Update & Security

On the left pane menu, click on Troubleshoot

Click on additional troubleshooters

Locate and click on Microsoft Store apps

Click on Run this troubleshooter

Follow the onscreen instruction until the process completes

Restart the computer if needed then try to download the app again

If the above method did not work, please follow the steps below and check if one of the steps resolves the issue.

Verify the the time and date on your computer is set and correct. You may check and change it by accessing the settings of your computer.

- Erase Temporary Files on the datastore folder

Press windows key + E

Navigate to the below path and erase everything inside the folders. Those folder contains temporary logs files on your computer.

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

- Reset Microsoft Store app

Press windows key + I

Click on Apps

Under Apps & Features, scroll down and locate Microsoft Store

Click on Microsoft Store and select "Advanced Options"

Scroll down and click on the Reset button

Wait till the process completes then close the settings

- Re-install Microsoft Store App

Open the Windows PowerShell as administrator

Type the below command and press enter after the command

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

Wait for the process to complete then close Windows PowerShell

Restart the computer if needed and check if the same issue persist

Microsoft Store App Install Error 0x8A150006 | Apps that need User Account Control (admin) approval

I am facing a weird problem where any Microsoft Store app that needs admin previlege/approval (User Account Control), fails to install. Good examples are Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, Audacity, etc. And each app gives a different error code, for instance, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC gives error code 0x8A150006

What I have tried so far (in-vain):

1. wsreset as admin
   
2. Sign-out and sign-in back to store
   
3. Clearing SoftwareDistribution folder
   
4. Ensure related services (such as Microsoft Store Install service, etc.) are running and set to run automatically as seen in services.msc
   
5. Microsoft Store app repair and reset through Settings
   
6. Enough disk space
   
7. Anti-virus and related protections turned off
   
8. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (as admin)
   
9. sfc /scannow (as admin)
   
10. Running Windows Update and Windows Store troubleshoot under Settings
    

Note that, apps that do not need privilegs, have no problems and install/run successfully.

So, what could be the issue? Please help.
