Windows 10: Error (0xc0000006)

Discus and support Error (0xc0000006) in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; So from like one week I am getting error 0xc0000006) when I try to start an app. The only apps that works for me right now are Avast, Firefox and Edge....     Error status 0xc0000006

    Every time I login I get the message:

    C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft.windows.gdiplus_6595b64144ccf1df_1.1.10586.20_none_db007f1392e69ef4\gdiplus.dll is either not designed for Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or
    contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000006.

    If I look at this file, it was modified on 12-08-2015.

    Since I don’t know what program uses this file I have no way of fixing it.

    Any suggestions?
