Windows 10: Error 0xc0000020

I've had a couple of errors show up which are stopping me from being able to play games or open steam. I've searched almost everywhere for an answer but nothing works. C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntmarta.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an erro. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or constact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
