Windows 10: ERROR: 0XC0000022 after fresh reset. Windows is no longer activated.

Hello, after doing some swapping of my ram, I decided to give my PC a reset due to issues BSOD when having 4 sticks of DDR5 ram installed. After doing a reset, my windows is no longer activated. The Troubleshooter does not do a thing to fix it. My Product key out of the box is not accepted. So I purchased a windows 11 pro digital key from the windows store on the pc with the account email that is attached to the computer. Confirmation email was sent with no product key. Windows store says there was a problem and could not install windows 11 pro. My activation settings says it is active in se

I have a real difficult problem and no matter where I look, I can't find a solution.

Here's the thing, I recently reset my laptop, clean reset and after I went through the installation process and all, I found that windows is not longer activated. It was b4. I go to the activation section in settings, It's blank.





When I try to run Microsoft update and windows update, I get Error: 0xC0000022. I tried looking at the Software Protection service but that didn't help. I got this and what ever I did didn't change a thing



In trying to activate windows from the command prompt, I got the below error.





So the question is how to fix this error? Anyone?
