Windows 10: Error: 0xC0000022 on a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition

I had to factory reset my computer due to constant crashes, since then, I get a windows activation blue screen pop up every few hours. I am running windows 11 enterprise, I bought another key online to change/upgrade/activate windows but I get a message saying the product key didn't work?I am unsure why my windows decided that it was not active anymore after i reset my computer but any help would be great. While I was activating Microsoft®WindowsServerSTDCORE 2019 Sngl OLP 16Licenses NoLevel CoreLic by command line and I founded this Error: 0xC004F069 On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xC004F069' to display the error

Windows Prompting Activation after Computer Reset but code not working

When doing this it tells me "Error: 0xC0000022 On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xC0000022' to display the error text."

I've noticed that i don't really see other people having this problem. I have tried everything to fix this problem but no matter what i do all of them just don't seem to work for me, so i decided to ask myself. My Windows activation product key was the right
one but wouldn't wont work at all, it just said "This key didn't work, please check it and try again, or try a different key." so i searched online to fix this problem and it told me to run the command "slmgr/rearm" so that is when the error popped up. I just
really want to fix this i don't want to refresh my laptop so that it would turn back to normal again.
