Windows 10: Error 0xc000003e

Hello im getting error 0xc000003e when im trying to open discord vmware razer synapse and lightshot but steam and all my games work fine i tried to reinstall discord was working just fine and after a restart was having the same issue i can fix it without reinstalling windows? because im thinking is windows corruption. im translate it from greek "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc000003e click OK to close the application"

OS: Windows 10 Home, 64bit, 21H2 (build 19044.1415)

I have been using Slimjet web browser. However, recently, when I tried to open slimjet.exe, I always encountered the 0xc000003e error. This error had never occurred in earlier versions of Windows 10; it does not occur with other web browsers, either, such as IE, Edge, etc.

I have tried fresh installing the OS and the slimjet application, but to no avail. I have also run scf /scannnow, which repaired some corrupt files; have installed all available Windows 10 updates; have repaired the DNS; have reset the Internet settings; have tried clean boot; have even performed a complete disc error check; have tried all other possible means, but all to no avail.

This error also occurs suddenly with no prior symptoms at all: I had Slimjet opened and was using it, but the opened web pages suddenly cannot load; but the strange thing was that certain pages could run normally; but after I closed the slimjet application, I can never open the application again. This is very strange. I am not sure what is happening.

I have also performed a full system virus scan, which found no threats.

The 0xc000003e error code indicates:

A problem has occurred in the physical I/O. [MS-CIFS]: Response

I also found that it indicates data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Does anyone know how to fix it?
