    Hi

    I need help fixing this. It happens when i try to start a game, democracy 4. The game works fine on my laptop, but fail in my desktop. Both have w10.

    I have tried most recommended stuff, like reboot, reinstall, install visual c++, latest drives, windows upgrades, windows optional upgrades, etc

    Any suggestion or i will have to reset/format windows installation?
