    Error 0xc000012f how do I fix this?


    Mircosoft word, excel, etc etc have suddenly stopped opening on my laptop with the above error code showing. Another thread says this means I lack the Microsoft Visual C+ + Redistributable and need to download them. I have done this but the same error keeps happening and I am at a loss as to what to do?

Through failing to download them which i also could not quite figure out so my intention was simply to reset the PC to Default....However this particular error will not allow me to reinstall from local and cloud fails...
