Windows 10: Error 0xc000012f

Tried to solve the problem by Sfc /scannow, un-install recent updatebut the problem does not.The error is very annoying, I cannot start the excel, share screen ..There is also display error for the shutdown option so I can only shut down my pc by pressing the physical button on the main computer.Also, the error message will not disappear even I clicked the close button / This happened around 1 week ago, please help.Thanks
