Windows 10: Error 0xc0000142

Hola...

Desde que formatee mi computadora estoy con un error, el cual no encuentro solución... el nombre de este error es 0xc0000142... Investigue por mas de 20 páginas en Internet, pero en ninguna de estas cosas me dio como resultado una solución... El mensaje del error aparece al intentar abrir una aplicación o juego:


"Error de la aplicación: La aplicación no se pudo iniciar correctamente (0xc0000142). Haga clic en Aceptar para cerrarla"


Intenté editar la entrada de registros ... pero no hubo caso ... Al igual que ejecutar el cmd o Símbolo del sistema y ejecutar como administrador para ejecutar tal comando ... Tampoco hubo una solución... Al igual que cambiar extensiones de la aplicación por otra... No hubo caso.... Intente actualizar los controladores... Tampoco se solucionó el problema.

Yo desconfío de las aplicaciones como "CCleaner" o otra aplicación como esta..

A la aplicación antes de formatear el sistema corría lo más bien pero al restaurarlo y volver a instalar la aplicación no funciona.


¿Hay alguna solución?
