Windows 10: error 0xc0000185

So the problem is that no matter how many times I restart my computer, it will re-start after a few minutes and display the blue screen with the error 0xc0000185. I tried many commands through cmd, I have a windows 10 usb installation, and while I can get into the advanced options, the computer won't let me boot in windows 10 , so after all of this, I decided to format the harddrive where Windows 10 was installed, and it helped a little, I was able to log in Windows 10 and download some apps, but after 30 minutes of using it, an error would appear, saying that a critical process had died,
