Windows 10: Error 0xc000021a

During a system restore a blue screen with the message that my "computer ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then will restart for you". It is now stuck on that screen and I can't do anything to get back to the desktop and windows 10. Any suggestions?
