Windows 10: Error 0xc000021a

Hi,

My brother turned on is computer and got this code 0xc000021a , I wondered if anybody can help please.

He tells me that he has tried all different options but nothing works.

What kind of things has he tried? Have you booted to the Advance Startup options and tried a system restore and repair options?

Before doing anything I would suggest you ensure his data is safely backed up off machine. You can use this procedure to create a bootable disc that allows you to use the standard windows interface to copy.

Thanks for your reply. As far as I know he has tried everything including repair although I am not sure if he has the restore option. I will ask him and get back to you.
