Windows 10: Error 0xc00002f Bad system Image

This error on some of my apps like visual studio 2017, microsoft .net also my command prompt shortcut in start menu is not working.

I have opened CMD with run command.Also same is for adminstrative tools.

Please tell me how to make it normal like before.
