Windows 10: ERROR 0xc00007b

Discus and support ERROR 0xc00007b in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; unity unable to start correctly 0xc00007b any solutions for this problem?     Did you read all the reply's from the people that had that error msg?? 70% of them are saying that "fix" did NOT Work .... ERROR 0xc00007b :)

    Try
    running as administrator
    running in compatible mode
    uninstall all vc++, then reinstall only 2015 both x64 and x86 versions

    If the issue persists, try working backwards on the versions (2013, 2012, 2010, .... both x64 and x86 versions)
