Windows 10: error 0xc0020036

Hi,


I have received this error before, about 3 months ago, I have then contacted windows support (when they still had an existing customer service via live-chat). They connected via Team-Viewer and told me sthg. went really wrong but I had an active key and it was some bug, it took them about 2 hours to fix the issue. Since 2 weeks it has reappeared "Please go to settings to activate windows", I go to the support site, get the same unhelpful answers etc. and the former live-chat is not available anymore, on top of that, the phone-number thir digital asistant provides does not work from where I live. Quite sad for a company this size!
My laptop is an Acer and it came with w10 preinstalled, so I have no key written on any dvd, manual or whatsoever.
The acer support referred me to microsoft, so please do not tell me to contact Acer.

I was upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1 a couple of years ago. After the April 2018 Update, my copy is no longer valid and needs to be activated. Kind of odd, considering I didn't pay for Windows 10, as it was a free upgrade. I tried the troubleshooter and
got Error 0xC004F012. I troubleshoot again, it runs for about ten minutes then I get this Error 0xc0020036. I've not changed any hardware.

How do I activate a digital license, that I don't have, with the program saying it can't connect to its servers? Please help.
