Windows 10: Error 0xc004f050 while changer windows 10 key from familial to Pro

I have updated my Windows 7 family to Windows 10 family without problem and it is activated

Now i would like to update Windows Family to Windows Pro

but when i set the windows pro key i get the error 0xc004f050


I called the activation support who told me that the key i have is a MSDN one and that i need to

ask for help on the MSDN web site.

From the MSDN web site where i found similar errors, i have been redirected here.

So help should be appreciated

Windows 10 Pro upgrade problem, error code 0xc004f050

I am upgrading from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. I receive error code 0xc004f050 when entering the code.

Please help.

Note: I could not get the laptop to boot from the USB, so I installed directly from the USB; then entered the new key and received the error code 0xc004f050

To clarify, I own a brand new laptop with Window 10 Pro. Then I replace my hard disk with SSD and installed with Window 10 Home. Now I was trying to enter my Window 10 Pro license (comes with the laptop), but it turn out to be error 0xC004F050.

I have tried your link, but it doesn't work out.

Window store seems allow me to enter my existing license key to redownload window 10 pro, but it shows my key has some problem, 0xC004F050. Is this because I did not deactivate from previous hard disk?

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
