Windows 10: Error 0xC004F211 after upgrading SSD and reinstalling the same edition of Windows.

Score another one for Microsoft licensing being the bane of everyone's existence, I'm now getting error 0xC004F211 "Windows has reported that the hardware of your device has changed." - which is true, except it was JUST an SSD upgrade. A routine, everyday SSD upgrade that I have done a million #@$@ing times with no issue with regards to activation. You know, until there IS an issue, because Microsoft licensing just does what it wants with no regard for user's experience or finances. Anyways, I can't figure out where to force phone activation or whatever, and I'm not super keen on paying Micros

i recently rebuild my PC with a new MOBO and CPU and get the error code 0xc004f211.

the troubleshooter does not help
