Windows 10: Error: 0xc004f213 Windows 10 activation (after being updated from windows 7 Ultimate)

I updated windows (from an usb), and appears that problem that sais if i changed the hardware of my pc, but i didnt (i did none change). I have windows key but it dont accept it because of that error...

Please help! (sorry for my english).

What have you done to resolve the error?

- Reinstall the game.
- Reinstall DX
- Reinstall GPU drivers
- Check for errors reported in event logs to further chase down the culprit.
- Repair the installation of the game.
- I Googled "Fifa 17 Windows 7 directx error" and came up with this link that might prove useful to you, there's a DX statement near the bottom of the article that links to other solutions but says that Fifa 17 has known and common DirectX issues, so might be worth researching more before you buy anyways.

Hopefully you can get it resolved.

Also if you use the free upgrade for assisted services route to 10, then you can go from Ultimate to Home, Pro, Education or Enterprise as listed here.

Will a Windows 7 Ultimate key activate Windows 7 Pro?

no TRWOV u can't use Ultimate key on Pro but u can download a free Windows 7, if that's the problem.
