Windows 10: Error 0xc1190011f trying to update Windows 11 22H2

I'm trying to get this windows update to work, I've just followed the instructions from Lavenia's comment from the 11th on this thread and now I have this error code: 0xc1190011f but I can't find what this error code means and I'm not sure what solution to try next.

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

Win 11 22H2, Windows Update repeatedly trying to install 22H2

Win 11 Windows update is set to automatically update. Failed installing the 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5020044)

Failed to install on 06/12/2022 - 0x800f0988

It is now repeatedly trying to install Windows 11 version 22H2 (asking for a reboot) and failing (with error 0x80246007), despite Windows Update informing me that 22H2 was installed successfully on the 21/09/2022 (also System>About, reporting that windows 11 home version 22H2 , installed on 21/09/2022 OS build 22621.521)

What can I do to fix Windows Update?

I wish things are that simple. My error code was 0x80246017, and I don't have KB5020435 installed so it's a dead end. BTW, MS lists like 6 or 7 error codes of the format 0x8024xxxx on the "troubleshooting WU problems", and when you chose next step, it suggests generic steps: run WU troubleshooter, check if your disk has no errors, is your remote disk is accessible, etc. Same as MS community; each similar error has completely different cause and (re)solution.
MS in notorious for this- if it works then OK, if it doesn't then good luck.
