Windows 10: Error 0xC1900101-0x2000D when attempting to repair install Windows 10 Pro

Hi,Since a few months I had my PC randomly rebooting from time to time something akin 1 time over 10 days of usage but I didn't pay much attention to it until today when the system started hanging during boot sometimes stuck at Asus loading screen since my mobo is an Asus one or even BSODing sometimes with PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA error. After trying several solutions i found online, I tried to perform a reinstall of Windows 10 while keeping data and apps with the installation Media but, during the process, the setup halted and when it booted back to Windows i got the error 0xC1900101-

In my attempt to finally upgrade windows 7 PRO to 10 PRO, after all the downloading, the system was reversed to Win7 PRO saying:

WE COULDN'T INSTALL WINDOWS 10

Whenever I try to upgrade using the media creation tool, at first, I get a blue screen stating that the installation went wrong, and to look up online: KMOD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Then, it restarts automatically, and restores my previous copy of Windows.
When I log in, I get another error message saying:

We couldn't install Windows 10

We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 10.
