    When trying to download movies in my library using this built in Films and TV app, I get the error 0xc3380000.Does anyone know how I can resolve this?thanks

    Purchased movie on Film &TV app not working error 0xc101ab66

    Purchased a movie through Microsoft store to play on our xbox film and tv app but whenever we try press play it comes up with error 0xc101ab66. Not sure why its not working? The trailer will play but the movie wont.

    I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

    Run the Microsoft Store Apps Troubleshooter

    Settings(Win+I) > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Scroll down to Microsoft Store Apps and click the Run button next to it

    Delete Your Computer's Temporary Files

    1. Open the Run dialog box (see how to open Run for more information,) type Temp in the search bar, and click OK.

    2. Press Ctrl + A to select all the files and folders, and then press Shift + Delete to delete them permanently.

    Reset the Film & TV App

    1. Settings(Win+I) > App > Installed apps

    2. Locate and click on three dots next to the Films & TV app.

    3. Choose Advanced options from the context menu.

    4. Scroll down and click on the Reset button. Then, click the Reset button once more to confirm your selection.

    Reinstall the Films & TV App

    1. Launch the Start menu by pressing the Win key.

    2. In the search bar, type Windows PowerShell and choose Run as administrator from the right pane.

    3. In the elevated PowerShell window, type the following command and press Enter.

    get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

    4. Next, open the Microsoft Store and search for the Films & TV app.

    5. Click the Get button next to the Films & TV app to begin the download process.
