Windows 10: Error 0xc8000641 Can not dowload nor update

Hello. I have had this problem for a while now and I am still continuing to have it. It annoys me a lot! I first had it when ROBLOX had stopped working and I wanted to see if uninstalling and reinstalling would help. I went to install it and it came up with this error. I ignored it for a while and I play Roblox on my mom's computer. I recently got Minecraft and COMPLETELY FORGOT about this. The same error has appeared when I tried installing it. The second thing is it will NOT allow me to install updates either. Please help me and have a blessed day.

Windows 10 kullanım sistemimde 0xc8000641 hatasını alıyorum her defasında. Ne Yapabilirim.

This my sistem windows 10 i get error of the 0xc8000641 always. What can ı do?

 

Vista Automatic Updating Error

Automatic Updates isn't currently running.

 

Windows 10 error on update (0xc8000641).

Been down this path before and Settings, About tells me I have a 32 bit OS and an x64-based processor.

When I try the Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems download it tells me "The update is not applicable to your computer"

When I try the Windows 10 Version 1803 for x86-based Systems it tells me "Update for Windows (KB4456655) is already on this computer"

Then when I go to Windows Update I still get "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes", plus "There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support
for information, this may help: (0xc8000641)"

Seems there is an endless loop.
