Windows 10: ERROR 1075 dhcp is in for deletion along its components please help

So i was trying to fix a unstable connection which was being used in the laptop im using and after seeing a tutorial online it had said to remove dhcp completely now that i did that i can’t get wi-fi at all wired nor wireless please help i’m stressing out i’ve done all i can

Hi Peter,

The update may have caused the driver to malfunction, causing this problem. Additionally, the error may be due to a program or system component that was uninstalled incorrectly. We may need to modify the registry to fix the error. Follow these steps:

• On your keyboard, press the Windows key + R.
• Type regedit then press Enter.
• Click Yes if you get a prompt window.
• Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp.
• Right-click the DependOnService entry, and then click Modify.
• In the Value data box, make sure these are the only services listed:
  • Tcpip
  • Afd
  • NetBt
• Exit Registry Editor.
• Restart the computer.

If you are uncomfortable in editing your computer registry, we suggest you

restore your PC to an earlier point in time. Doing so will restore your registry to a state when the changes due to the updates were not yet applied.

when start print spooler services

After March 15, 2017 Windows 10 1607 update my WiFi adapter ( Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260) just quit working.

After doing some searching I ended up finding more questions than answers. I checked my WLAN AutoConfig Properties and came across the error 1075 message. Also under the "Dependencies" tab there are no dependencies listed in the two boxes for components
for system or service. Now what??

I've tried uninstalling drivers etc but no luck. I even tried to uninstall the update but there is no uninstall button in the update section.
