Windows 10: Error 1168. Element nor found. The DISM log file is located at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Good day,I`m trying to extend the period of rollback to previous system by using this command. cmd or powershell by admindism /online /Set-OSUninstallWindow /Value:60But I faced this problem:Error 1168. Element not found. The DISM log file is located at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.logtried all these commands to fix the problem but got no result:dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealthsfc /scannowetcbut problem was not fixed.Could you please help me with solving these problem?
