Windows 10: Error 124

Hello. Recently faced one problem. during operation, the laptop has become unavailable and a blue screen appears with the word whea_uncorrectable_error. After downloading the BlueScreenView application, an error 0x00000124 was detected. Writes that:

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage

to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: hal.dll

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,

restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow

these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.

If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer

for any Windows updates you might need.

When I try to open solitaire I get the error 124 message. What is it and how do I fix it?

I have windows 10. I cannot play Microsoft games error 124 comes up. I don't have any problems with anything else only Microsoft games that are already installed on pc when purchased. Be grateful for some help Please.
