Windows 10: Error 1297 in services.msc

Hello everyone, I have a problem, so I'm trying to update my pc, because I can't install any apps on my pc. I have seen on internet that I need to download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. I'm done with the 2 RST.txt and Addition.txt files. I will zip them and share this one drive link in here: I've tried every troubleshooter, nothing works.. I dont want to reset my pc because I have too many important stuff on it.. I hope somebody can help me with this. I can't update my windows store, so can install or update any apps... Wlan AutoConfig service Errors 999/1069/1297

Hey, I'm having trouble using my desktop to connect to my WiFi.

I've narrowed it down to the WLAN AutoConfig service (won't start) I've tried changing the account it logs in as to the Admin on my PC but I get Error 1069 "The service did not start due to login failure" as well as my personal account, (which is also an
Admin) and get error 1297 "A privilege that the service requires to function properly does not exist in the service account configuration...." Following the 1297, I tried looking for secpol.msc like it suggested, and also gpedit.msc to change that so that
I could fix the error. But I don't have those because I purchased Windows 10 Home. I'm positive it's not my wireless adaptor because I tested it on several other computers connecting to the same network and had no issues. I'm honestly stuck. I tried calling
tech support also, three times. It accomplished nothing. The last time, I waited roughly 15-20 minutes before they hung up on me.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Since you have reinstalled the drivers from HP several times, we would suggest that try to check if the print spooler dependency services are running.

Here are some steps for you to follow:

• Click Start, type services.msc and hit Enter.
• Scroll down to Print spooler.
• Right click and click properties, click the tab “Dependencies”
• Note all of the dependent services listed, and then close the Print Spooler Properties window.
• Repeat the above steps for the dependent services noted.
