Windows 10: Error 1317. An error occurred while attempting to create the directory G:Config.Mis

I downloaded this application named battery limiter, and i used it, it will make annoying sound, so i decide to uninstall it, but there are some issues about it.

Error 1317 during install producer???

Hi folks.

Try to install my CorelDraw X6 software.

The problem are according to attempt folders. Error 1317 (check this error code as "User account did not exist".

I vent in to Disk manager, right click c:\ goes to property, security tab, Choose my as user, give full privileges, click at use, then error occur.

Generally spoken, how to fix administrator structure and profile?

For me are Windows 10 a mess, when talking about user account security what privileges an user obtain to use file and directories, compare against Windows 7. Probably are the security level to much high, it

a user robs his or her possibilities of feeling freedom in the breach of the system, but there must be a limit to how high the level of security is emptied.

I'm research Internet for solutions, easy to understand, simple implementation, but the structure of security is may the matter beyond the little man in the street to understand and then put it into practice. Yes, if you do not possess expert engineer expertise,
well and noticed.

Anyone out there with simple solutions? Everyone is most welcome with tips and hints.

Unable to create folder named 6 in WINDOWS 10

This is a strange problem. I am not able to create any Folder named 6. I am able to create Folders named 1 , 2 , 3 and so on but 6.

This is discovered while trying to install Tableau for Desktop. The Tableau installer was trying to create a folder named 6 and was throwing error 1317. An error occurred while attempting to create the directory C:\Local\\Maps\CN\normal\3\6.

I looked for all possible information on Error 1317 and did whatever possible steps recommended like changing permission and all.

Then discover this peculiar folder 6 problem. Any help on this will help me finish my due assignment on Tableau.
