Windows 10: Error 1721

While trying to install an old video game the error 1721 came up and I don´t know how to fix it. The game is a little bit older 2005.

Nope, Andre, I'm afraid Error 1721 is still very much there. I've got rid of everything on that list on your post except the Protect Tools Device Access Manager, which stubbornly doesn't want to leave me, even though I've informed it on innumerable occasions
that I want it to move on and bother someone else. It merely says "Error 1721", which I suppose is the computer equivalent of sticking out its tongue.

I have been trying to install "CSI Etabs 2013 software" . but I got this Error (1721) and then when I want to Uninstalling , i got this Error(1721) again.

I did this steps but didn't work.

• Hold down the Windows key + R to open the Run box
• Type MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER and click OK Even if you do this correctly,it may look like nothing happens
• Type MSIEXEC /REGSERVER and click OK
• Try the installation once more
  

By the way, I don't have problem with Installing last version of softwares. but I always have problem with Installing old version of softwares.

Error 1721

It didn't work for me, any of the methods. I am trying to install Final Draft 8 myself and Error 1721 continues. When I attempt to uninstall, gives the same error. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
