Windows 10: error 1904 when trying to install Veritas system recovery on windows 10 ver 1809

When i try to install Veritas system recovery 18 on windows 10 ver 1809 i get error 1904 failed to registered hresult -1073740791


When i try to install it on older windows 10 version 1803 on the same computer every thing work fine. i already tried to make a clean boot and clean install of windows 10 version 1809 and it keep happening even on a clean windows 10 install.


As i see it you have a problem on the new windows 10 1809 update as it only happens on this version.

I am trying to install Office 2000 on a new laptop with Windows 10. I received an error 1904\ModuleCrogramFiles(x86)\CommonFiles\System\OLE\DM\MSOLAP.DLL failed to register. HRESULT-20147024714. I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO FOR HELP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

I have observed that there is a similar question about windows 7, but I didn't succeed trying those steps. I'm trying to install a software called MassLynx, used by chemicals, in windows 10. At the end of the installation, I receive the message:
Error 1904.Module C:\MassLynx\PDACalib\OptInt.dll failed to register. I also get this same message for other three files, two of them being .dll and one of them being .ocx. All of them are in the same directory:
C:\MassLynx

I appreciate a lot if you could help me.
