Windows 10: Error 1935, Hresult 0x80070091. How do I install older version of software on Win 11?

Trying to install two older versions of programs on laptop with Win 11 and get error 1935, Hresult 0x80070091. One code starts 97F81AF1-OE47-DC99 and the other 837BF-1EB-D770-94EB. I do not want to be forced to by new versions of the software, as I am happy with the older versions. How do I install the older versions on Win 11? They worked find on Win 10.

So I am trying to install ITunes for Windowsand I get an error.

Based on some suggestions, I tried downloading VC++ 2005 redistributable from Microsoft and now when I install the x64 version, I get the following error.

Installing the VC++2005 x86 version I get the following.

I have spent about two days trying to troubleshoot this. Trying to stop services, restart, clean cache, clean boot but have not been able to figure out a solution.

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

Hi by any chance did you upgrade from Windows 7?

suggest you do some research any ways.
