Windows 10: Error 1935 Microsoft.VC80.CRT,version="8.0.50727.762, need help

Hi I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my PC, and re installed a software called Sage 50 accounts, but during installation i am now getting the following error message.Error 1935: An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT,version="8.0.50727.762",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. Can someone help me resolve this issue?

When I tried to install a software named "FLTR ResearchIR Max 4.40.6.24", which is a professional software for an infrared camera, it showed information like I wrote on the subject.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable(X64)

Error 1935

I received an error 1935 when tried to reinstall Nuance Paperport 14. This software had been installed on my PC before I upgraded the system to Windows 10.

So when I run Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, it fails and I receive a message:

Error 1935: An error occurred during the installation of assembly.

'Microsoft VC.80.CRT,type="win32",version=8.0.50727.4053",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="amd64".

I tried to turn off my antivirus and firewall with no success. Also I didn’t find any corrupted files. How to fix it?
