Windows 10: error 1935 shows up during downloading an app.

I am trying to download an app. But there shows up an error 1935. How can I solve this problem?

Assuming Defender is running and its icon is hidden:

then do this




then click the bottom link here:




and select on/off for Defender in the list.

• Can you let us know what are the troubleshooting steps you've done so far?
  
• What is the make and model of the ear buds?
  
• The Windows install pop-up will show if your trying to install either app or driver
  
• What's your Windows License version and edition? ex. Windows 10 Home, Pro, Enterprise
