Windows 10: ERROR 1935

Hi AllI am getting the following message when trying to install a set of wireless ear buds, would be delighted if someone could help, I have tried numerous fixes from sites or videos but nothing seems to work Error1935 An error occurred during the installation of assembly component{2A030FEB-29B5-314B-97B5-ED38673CC885}HRESULT: 0x800736FD.I am also having a pop up, see below, this is popping up about every 5 minutes, but has been doing this for months I haven't been able to stop it, is there possibly a connection : Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.14393.0 msiexec /Option <

Assuming Defender is running and its icon is hidden:

then do this




then click the bottom link here:




and select on/off for Defender in the list.

I suggest you refer to XiaoanZhong's solution, which you will find on the following thread. He provided a set of troubleshooting steps for Windows 7 but the practice proved that it is also good for Windows 10
