    i was trying to download the nokia updater but halfway thru

    it stops and this pops up it read like this: Error 2738 Could not access VBScript run time for custom action.

    i would very much appreciate it if nokia support could help me out. Anyway presently i'm owning this 18 months old nokia n95. thanking you in anticipation.

    Software Updater Fatal Error

    I am trying to install the latest updater for updating the software on my E60. I continue to get a fatal error, listed as "#2738, Could not access VBScript run time for custom action." What is this? What can I do to overcome this error and get on with
