Windows 10: Error 428 normal boot and error 98 recovery mode. errors are encountered during boot of...

My new laptoppurchased in january, i3 6100u 8gb ram 520 hd graphics. encounters a error 428 in normal boot and error 98 in recovery mode. I can normally boot and acces via disabling driver signature enforcement. Should i use the option to reinstall windows 11 while keeping my files and settings? I am new so I dont really know what to do.

vista boot error

Well, earlier today i was trying to setup a dual boot along with Xp and already had vista installed... so I made a partition on one of my HD's and went to install XP on it.. the instalation went back and I got an error that the CD was bad, so I rebooted and now I get the error Error Loading Operating System.. trying to figure out how to fix this.. I tryed playing in the BIOS along with using the Vista repair option but nothing helping.. my vista is on a different hard drive then where i tried to install XP to...not sure what else to do, I need to fix my boot file somehow... suggestions?

 

S.M.A.R.T. Error on boot

One of my HDDs (WD10EARX) is showing a S.M.A.R.T. Error during boot but if I use WD's disk checking utility it says it's OK. I've backed up the files to another hard drive just in case. But should I just ignore the error on startup and continue using it? Oh and btw the error started showing up when I updated my mobo's BIOS from 1802 to 1903. On the old BIOS, no errors popped up on boot.
