Windows 10: Error 43 for monitors connected via Dell D6000

Hello, I'm hoping to get some help with some windows 10 professional Dell 5420 laptops that are reporting their dual monitors stopped working all of a sudden. It seems to be after a Microsoft update? The dual or 3 monitors are connected via a D6000 Docking station and when looking at them in device manager they show an exclamation and when looking at properties I get Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43. Did some research and per Intel did a uninstall and reinstall of the drivers and seems to be hit or miss. they all have&

I believe there is a tab in the article about troubleshooting your Dell D6000 Docking Station

Here are the steps.

Right-click the Sound icon on the System Tray

Select Playback devices

Right-click and check both Show Disconnected Devices and Show Disabled Devices

Right-click USB Audio device and select Set as default

Dell Monitor Camera

I have a Dell Monitor hooked to a Dell XPS Laptop. I want to use the monitor camera not the laptop camera. I've tried the suggestions from a closed thread about activating the camera but when I try the steps it keeps going to the laptop camera.

Suggestions or am I asking the impossible.
