Windows 10: Error: 80004004-40019 when upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10

Trying to update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 due to warning of 14th January 2010 cut off from future updates. I received error Code: 80004004-40019. Anyone Know how to fix this?? Cheers.

Win10 upgrade failure from Win7 error 80004004-40019

Win10 upgrade from Win7 failing with error 80004004-40019. Ran sfc /scannow, didn't help. Verfied with Dell hardware is compatible.

Not sure if related, from application event log:

Event ID 3011

Unloading the performance counter strings for service WmiApRpl failed. The first DWORD in the Data section contains the error code.

Event ID: 3012

the performance strings in the Performance registry value is corrupted when process Performance extension counter provider. The BaseIndex value from the Performance registry is the first DWORD in the Data section, LastCounter value is the second DWORD in
the Data section, and LastHelp value is the third DWORD i nthe Data section.

 

Windows 10 upgrade from 7 C9100101-40019

I have Windows 7 Pro Operating System on my Dell Vostro 3550 Laptop.

When I tried to upgrade to Windows 10, I got this Error Code as C9100101-40019 and the upgrade failed.

Please provide me help with this error code so that I can install Windows 10.

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

• Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
• Try different keyboard or mouse.
• Restart computer, repeatedly.
• Google for related issues.
• Update Bios, because why not.
• Create boot media and revert to windows 7.

The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.
