    Error 8004E00F MSDTC - COM+ HP Print Scan Doctor Service


    I have located an error in the HP Print Scan Doctor Service installed with the HP printer software.Automatic start of this service produces error 8004E00F when accessing MSDTC in Component Services - COM + Applications red arrow on PC icon.Changing it to manual start fixes the problem.

    Not sure which relevant forum this should be in so please move the thread to appropriate section. Error 8004E00F MSDTC - COM+ HP Print Scan Doctor Service :)

    So I'm getting a ton of MSDTC errors in Event Viewer. I tried the following instructions with no luck.

    I now get this error when trying to register the DLL:

    I have attached below as many logs as I could.

    Is the application (HP Print and Scan Doctor version 4.9) compatible with Windows 10 home?

    Hello,

    Performed the Instructions (step by step) an I'm sorry to say, The problem was not fixed. I will attempt to describe the problem better.

    The Problem: I cannot open the 'hp Print and Scan Doctor' application. When I click on the icon, the 'hp Print and Scan Doctor' page appears and the progress indicator starts to move from left to right, but at about 40% the indicator hangs-up, therefore,
    I can never get the application open to complete the diagnostic test that it was designed to run.

    Will anyone please send me a link or tell me where can I download the HP scan and print doctor app. I can't seem to find it in the download section. Is it compatible with windows 10?
