    Windows 10 download fail - error 80070004-2000D

    I have repeatedly tried to download Windows 10 as an upgrade from Windows 8 and the download process seemed to be progressing successfully but failed in the installation phase with the error message 80070004-2000D. Can you help please?

    Tried to install Windows 10 on our Windows 7 - but it was unable to complete installation - help!

    Windows 10 installation failure 8007002C-2000D

    I have twice tried to install Windows 10 but on each occasion, after downloading the 2.5GB+ file, configuring it and going in to the installation and configuration phase it ends up with an 'unknown error' 8007002C-2000D. As it takes well over 5 hours
    to fail I am reluctant to keep on trying. Anybody got any helpful suggestions ?
