Windows 10: Error 80096010 When trying to open app dekart private disk Windows 11

I am recieveing Error 80096010 When trying to open app dekart private disk. I have tried trying and that won't work either. I have run the Sfc /Scannow and it came back clean. I am using Windows 11. Note : dekart private disk work on windows 10 without problem

WP8 update error 80096010

I'm also getting the 80096010 error.

"The update was downloaded, but couldn't be opened. (80096010)"

Using a Lumia 820dev. Would be nice to keep it updated so we can rely on it for testing.
