Windows 10: Error 8024200D when trying to install Windows 7 update

I have been trying to install one update, KB4534310. This one update has been refusing to install for multiple days now. I have tried installing manually, using DISM to install it, among other fixes. Any help would be appreciated!

I am trying to install KB4093118 and get code error 8024200D. It will not install. Have tried troubleshooting and automatic fix windows update.

The monthly security update has failed every time it's been tried since at least March 2019. The error code is 8024200D and when I click on Get help with this error code the list does not include this error code. Surely someone somewhere in Microsoft must
know what causes this error code message. In case there was a problem with antivirus software preventing something from being installed, I uninstalled my Kaspersky Total Security AV software, but that changed nothing about the update failing with this error
code.

Hmmm...

interesting. The HD I want to install it on has only 1 partition. I've even deleted the partition so that it had no partitions, and also created a partition that was only about 25gb, but always the same error.

Once I've fixed my RAID setup, I'll have a go at unplugging my Windows XP drive (RAID) so that when I try to install Windows 7, only one drive is connected - the one I want to install Windows 7 onto.
