Windows 10: Error: A media drivers your computer needs is missing while installing Windows 10 64bit

I keep getting the error: Error: A media drivers your computer needs is missing while installing Windows 10 64bit


I have verified the checksum of the installer and tried loading the raid drivers from gigabyte's website... but can't seem to get it installed. I have also disabled RAID, USB-C, Network Controllers, and other peripheral devices to isolate the issue with no luck.


CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO

Video Card: EVGA Geforce 960 GTX

Hard Drive: Samsung 980 Pro NVME

Error when installing Win7

when Installing Windows 7 I get an error saying ""A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now. Note: If the windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step." What should I do to get Windows to install?

Issues installing Intel graphics drivers for Windows 8.1 64Bit in (Kaby Lake) laptops

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a new laptop the DELL Inspirion 15.6 Intel i5 - 8gb memory - NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti - 256gb SSD . I was able to load windows 8.1 fine and was able to get the usb's and some drivers working. However when I try to install the NVIDIA Geforce drivers I get an error stating that I need to install the intel graphics drivers first. I tried doing that and since it is a 7th Gen Intel Core i5-7300HQ mobile processor, Intel drivers wont allow me to install them even through the device manager.

But it didnt work. Maybe I am missing something or doing something wrong. Can anyone please help? I hate to have to return the laptop because I cannot use/stand windows 10 and its practices. I listed some specs on the bottom again.
