Windows 10: Error after resetting of windows 10

i had to reset my laptop because it had become slowed down. installation finished but now it is stuck at selection of language and default settings menu. my laptop keeps restarting and i don't know why. this restarting kept going on for about 40 minutes. it would keep asking for the selection of same settings after restarting and one time it showed this error
