Windows 10: Error al registrar ssdatb32.ocx en WINDOWS 11

Saludos, estoy intentando instalar un sistema en mi equipo, el cual requiere del registro de este OCX ssdatb32.ocx, al intentar registrarlo aparece el siguiente error: adjunté una imagen para que puedan verlo.Lo curioso es que si intento registrarlo en versiones anteriores de windows como por ejemplo windows 10, si registra con normalidad, si es cierto que estoy utilizando un setup1.exe para poder registrarlo, pero si lo intento registrar de forma manual desde el CMD igual me aparece el mismo error.Requiero ayuda por favor.

The OCX registers fine here. Try running:

• regsvr32 "C:\windows\SysWOW64\ssdatb32.ocx"
  

However, we don't know if the app you're installing ("AspenONE V11") bundles a different version of the OCX file and tries to register it during setup. If manually registering the OCX using the above command-line doesn't help, run a ProcMon trace (skip the filtering options) to trace the app installation. [Instructions: Start the trace and install the app. Once the installer throws the error, stop tracing. Save "All events". *Zip* the PML log and upload]

I run the cmd with as admin and then type :

Regsvr32 ssdatb32.ocx

then i get :

The module "ssdatb32.ocx" failed to load

Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files

The specified module could not be found.

Also how can i upload the file to OneDrive ?

Hello ,

im trying to install AspenONE engineering V11 on my windows 11 and i'm getting this error.

I have tried manually registering the ssdatb32.ocx file and also downloading and adding it in every required folder , such as the application folder , the sysWOW64 and the system32

I would really like to resolve this issue as soon as possible because i need the programm for studying porpuses.
