Windows 10: Error "An update is currently being installed on your computer. Please, do not try to start...

When I try to run git-bash or VS Code with Administrator elevation I receive a popup with the specified message and the program won't start. If I try to run again without Administrator but my user is Admin I receive not authorization, impossibile to access the device. I tried to reinstall these two apps but without success, git installation ends with opening the popup when try to run the bash configuration script.Please help me.Thanks

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.
