Windows 10: Error attempting to install .NET Desktop Runtime - v6.0.32 x64

I am attempting to install but continue to get an error message saying that the setup has failed due to another installation being in progress, when there is no other program I am running.I was previously rendering an animation in Blender and assumed that was the issue, but even after restarting my computer I am running into the same error message each time I try to download.

As far as I understand, what you mean is that both Microsoft Windows Desktop Rutime 7.0.9 x64 and x86 are already installed based on the information in the log file.

If it is installed, why there is an error message: ". NET Desktop Runtime 7.0.9 x64 mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed." when I try to install Surfshark Window Application

I have asked Surfshark support who said since the error message is about .NET Desktop Runtime, they ask me to solve this issue from Microsoft.

How may I solve this problem so that I can install my Surfshark window application on my notebook? Can you please help?

When I install it, an error message occurred:

.NET Desktop Runtime 7.0.9 x64 mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed.

I try to troubleshoot it but failed:

Troubleshoot cannot recognize the problem

I have tried to repair it, uninstall and reinstall .NET Desktop Runtime 7.0.9 x64,

The error message still exists when I try to install the Surfshark Window Application again
