Windows 10: Error Code 0x00000000 while installing app on Microsoft Store

I had tried all except re registering MSoft Store , but that unfortunately did not work .

Very intermittently use SurfEasy VPN, but last time used pre dated this build & problem by some time.

Have built pc systems /rebuilt windows op system literally100's times over 25 years for myself and others, and troubleshooted most known problems but this looks like a reinstall.
Not listed in Microsoft web notice as ongoing issue involving current build.

Only had Store problem once before since it was introduced years ago, and that was easily resolved !

 

Error Code 0x00000000 in Microsoft Store App Whenever Attempting to Install Anything

Hey all,

I recently purchased the Xbox game pass for PC and installed the Xbox app to try to install some games, however I encountered an error code in the process of doing so. I found a lot of guides saying to uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services app, however after uninstalling it, I'm now stuck getting an error code titled "0x00000000" after attempting to install anything. Any apps I attempt to install will then sit in the download queue, unable to download or install whatsoever without encountering this error code.

I've attempted to fix it through a few guides including these ones off the top of my head/search history:

I've done just about everything I've seen short of factory resetting, and would like to avoid doing so if at all possible, but I'm unsure with how to proceed at the current moment.

Included are pictures of the app prior to attempting to install, and the error report itself.
