Windows 10: error code 0x0000000d Win 10 hp printer

I continue to get the error code 0x0000000d when I try to print.


These are the things I have tried:

1. run hp print and scan doctor

a. uninstalled and reinstalled printer multiple times

b. prints an internal print but not one from pc

c. says it is running fine

2. command prompt regedit

a. completed this and it did not solve the problem

3. deleted print spool in the windir

a. this again did not help or solve the problem.



Please help. What else can solve this problem?

Add printer error 0x0000000d on Win10

I see that there are a lot of incidents of this error in the community forums, but none on a Win10 computer. Looking through the older responses, none seem to work on a Win10. I'm using a Surface Pro 1 running up-to-date Win10, trying to connect wirelessly
to an HP networked printer at work. I've been able to connect to this printer in the past, but just today when I went to the office and tried to print, I got an error message and found that I couldn't connect to the printer. I removed the printer from my Devices
and Printers and tried reconnecting, but I finally get the error 0x0000000d.

I am on a BYOD program, so my IT can not fix this problem on my computer.

The steps that my IT has suggested for connecting to the printer, and which worked in the past:

1. Navigate to "Add a printer"

2. Click "The printer that I want isn't listed"

3. Select a shared printer by name

4. Type in printer address, "http://..."

5. Login with my company credentials

I recently changed both my Windows and company password, so may be related to this?

 

Windows 10 shared printer error 0x0000000d

Hello,

I have windows 10 on my laptop and cannot print over the shared university printer.

It used to work, but some day it didn't. I uninstalled the printer and tried to reinstall it, but it didn't work due to the error. I go to printers & scanners -> add a printer or scanner -> the printer that I want isn't listed -> select a shared printer
by name -> put the name in and click on 'next' -> get the error "Windows cannot connect to the printer." "Operation failed with error 0x0000000d".

How can I solve this?

 

Can't share printer—getting error message

Not working... I see the printer, but when I go to add it, I get this messge: "Windows could not connect to the printer (error 0x0000000d)."

I installed the 32-bit drivers for it and printed something out from the pc the printer is connected to, and I went to the additional drivers page and added drivers for 64-bit, and when I went to add the printer on the other machine, it copied drivers over, but after that I got the error message listed above...
